We’re here to support you and your beloved pets through any special event, key milestone, or treasured moment. Whether it’s a wedding, party, graduation, religious celebration, corporate event, photo shoot, engagement, or a farewell, such as a funeral, we’re honoured to be part of it.

That said, this list is just a starting point. If your event or special moment isn’t mentioned, don’t worry, we’re always happy to adapt and create a package that suits your unique needs. 

While dogs are our most common guests that we chaperone, our packages can be adapted to other animals too.

Of course! We will work with you to make this happen and we even have a ring carrier that can attach to a collar or harness, ensuring that they're kept safe and secure.

Yes! 

We are there to ensure your pet is supported at all times. We will closely monitor their emotions and behaviours and will react accordingly to ensure that they are supported to be relaxed and happy. It's their moment to enjoy too!

To secure your date, a deposit is required. This will be based on the type of service chosen and will be supplied with your initial quote.

Cancellations within a week of the event will forfeit the deposit. We understand life happens though, so please reach out and we can work through other potential options.

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance with QBE.

Caring for your pet means putting safety first — always. Each of our trusted team members has a police clearance and is trained in compassionate, professional pet care. From secure seat belts and carriers for transport, to having animal first aid kits on hand, we take every precaution to keep your pet safe and comfortable.

We also ask every client to complete a detailed questionnaire before their event. This gives us all the information we need to care for your pet safely — and ensures we can respond just as you’d prefer if an emergency arises.
